Yes. We believe every dog deserves exercise, enrichment and great care, regardless of breed. We can walk legally exempt banned breeds, including XL Bullies, provided all current legal requirements are met. The dog must have a valid Certificate of Exemption and comply with all applicable conditions. When in public, exempt banned breeds must be kept on a lead and securely muzzled at all times. Owners must provide us with any information and documentation reasonably required before we agree to provide the service. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a walk if the legal requirements cannot be met or if we believe it would be unsafe to continue.
For regular dog walking, please let us know your dog's vaccination status and any relevant health information when contacting us.For dog boarding, dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations and we will require evidence of their vaccination record before their stay. Primary vaccination courses must have been completed at least two weeks before boarding.
This will depend on your dog's needs, temperament and the service arranged. Your dog's safety and wellbeing always come first, and we'll discuss the most suitable option with you before their first walk.
Please provide everything your dog needs to remain comfortable and settled, including their usual food, any medication, feeding instructions and any important information about their routine, behaviour or medical needs. You're also welcome to provide familiar items such as their bed, blanket or favourite toy to help them feel at home.
If your pet becomes ill or is injured while in our care, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. If we believe urgent veterinary treatment is required and we cannot immediately reach you, we may seek veterinary assistance in accordance with the emergency contact and veterinary information you have provided.
Yes. We think it's important for both you and your pet to feel comfortable with us. A meet and greet gives us the opportunity to get to know your pet, discuss their routine, behaviour and individual needs, and answer any questions you may have.
Don't worry! We can provide a suitable lead and/or muzzle for walks if required. For dogs that are legally required to wear a muzzle, we will make sure one is used whenever required by law. The dog should already be comfortable and appropriately muzzle trained before using our walking service.
This is entirely at the owner's discretion. We will never intentionally let your dog off the lead without your prior permission.Even where permission has been given, we will only allow a dog off lead when we believe it is safe and appropriate to do so, taking into account their recall, behaviour, surroundings, other dogs and any other potential risks. If we are not confident that it is safe to let your dog off lead, they will remain on the lead or a suitable long line.Dogs that are legally required to remain on a lead in public will never be walked off lead, regardless of owner permission
Your dog's welfare always comes first. In extreme heat, severe weather or other conditions that could make a normal walk unsafe, we may shorten, rearrange or adapt the walk.Where appropriate, this could include a shorter toilet break and home visit instead of a full walk. We will always aim to keep you informed of any changes.
Absolutely! Our home visits aren't just for dogs. We can provide care for a range of pets, including cats and other small animals.Let us know what pets you have and what care they need, and we'll discuss how we can help.
